How to get Hal to open website in browser

I am wondering if someone could tell me how to get Hal to open websites for me. He remembers them all, but I can't seem to figure out what to say so that he will launch them in my web browser.

i ran into this problem myself actually, but i figured out that if you use the command "open url: ....." this will get hal to open that page.
