This could be something on my computer.  The rest of the message says
"Class does not support Automation or does not support expected interface
Occured at line 2 in ultra Hal assistant
Frm Ass.LoadSR
 The message locks on the screen and won't abort or ignor

Are you trying to use the microphone to talk to Hal?? You have to have microsoft's speech SDK for that.
