No Lip sync with Sapi 5 speech engine & Haptek

Why is there no lip sync support between sapi 5 speech engines and haptek figures in hal? I thought Haptek characters supported sapi 5 engines?

What? UltraHal has been compatible with SAPI 5 voices for many years now. With the exception of perhaps one of Cereproc's TTS voices in which the lipsync doesn't work, all other voices work perfectly well.

You are / were looking at a posting from 2003 so yes, that was a little outdated...like 13 years ago.

Also keep in mind that Zabaware is not Haptek. Haptek is the company that created the 3D avatars / characters for UltraHal to use during conversation. Zabaware is the creation company of UltraHal Assistant and some other products.
