I purchased Ultra Hal and it doesnt seem to work

I purchased Ultra Hale 4.5 and installed on both my tablet pc and desktop pc and it doesnt work on either they both have microsoft speech engines that work fine without HAl they both have 6.1 engine.. Hal never recognizes any of the words i speek, yet when I use the Language bar my speech recognition works fine, Both have win XP Professional edition and Office 2003 installed.. I cant find a tech support number to trouble shoot this, any one have a number to the company?

Hello,

Hal uses the 5.0 Sapi application for speech recognition, Hal was actually coded to work best on Windows 2000 if i remember right. you may need to get the 5.0 Sapi from microsoft and install it the Hal might hear your words then.
