Runtime error 5

Ok not sure where to go for help, so guessing its here.

Using Ultra Hal text to speech reader with w98se and when i try to convert some text to a wave file to burn to cd i keep getting this error - " runtime error 5 invalid procedure or argument " ! ?

So whats this all about and how do i fix it - thanks . . .
