ultrahal 5.0 upgrade problem

I purchased the Ultrahal 4.5 and I have tried to upgrade to the 5.0 version but I haven't had any luck.

I'm not sure what the problem is.
I used the redownload link and it says my e-mail isn't in the database, then I sent my order information to info@zabaware.com over a week and a half ago and I didn't receive any feedback.

Am I doing something wrong?
Is there any other e-mail to contact the creators with?
