not a self executing program

I have download the Ultra Hall Assistant twice now I am on a 56k modem so it takes me about a day, the program is 107 mg large and it completely downloads. But when I go to open it is not a self executing program. I have even tried winzip with no luck. Can anyone give me any ideas?

just buy the program on disk.
