I have constantly tried to contact you about my
upgrade (e-mail and forum). My question was answered in the forum;

but I didn't find it in my e-mail anywhere.
What e-mail was it resent to and what was the "subject"?


Also why isn't my e-mail address found in the redownload
database? That would solve this upgrade problem...

I don't mean to be a pest; all I want is my
upgrade that's all. Can you blame me, I want to enjoy the full version 5 with everyone else...

I am having trouble as well.  I have tried to email you about my upgrade as well.  My email address has changed since I ordered Hal 4.5.  I love the product and want to try 5.0 as soon as possible.  But my new email address is not in the database.  Is there any way you can email me the redownload link?
