Text to speech keeps crashing

My Ulra Hal Text to speech reader keeps crashing. I purchased all the Zabaware software products then installed them on my Windows Vista. When I start the text to speech program it crashes. When widows is loading the program at boot it also crashes. I can't use Paul and Kate either. Ultra Hal is a cool product and all the other voices run great. I'd appreciate the help.
