need help on backing up speech training files !

i was wondering does anyone know what file to back up "to" back up the speach training ms file in hal ?? it would be good for anyone to also have this file backed up that way if you had to restart hal over again you wouldn't lose your work of training (or if the speech file became corrupted or something else . so if i can find out what file to back up i will also do this when backing up hal stuff such as the db brain file . any help on this would be appreciated .[:)][:D][8D]
