I agree, Mark: IT'S SCANDALOUS!!! Because

- I remember that old song and it was a good idea to use it (nostalgia, nostalgia...)

- your video is very cute and well done, and nice to see and hear, with a lot of pretty girls[8D][8D][8D]

- the script looks professional, really

- the lipsync is terrific (I guess you spent a lot of time on it) and I love when the girls say "wahoo"

- and yes I must admit, also because you used the first two heads I made (and nearly the last ones, lol) and I thank you again for that.

Cool stuff Mark! I remember when A.S.C.A.P started charging my band a monthly fee based on nuber of public performances. We either had to pay or be sued. I hope it doesn't come to that as you are doing theses vids for entertainment and not profit.[8D][8D][8D]

Ted, yeah, but the recording industry is afraid of losing one cent by having their music used without their "permission". They play the songs on the radio all of the time, so a person could record it anytime.

But I'll give credit to UMG. They do claim copyright, but grant permission to use their songs, with a catch: They get to monitor statistics for the songs and place ads on the video page. But that's no problem.

I agree with Jack, It's a nice way to see them.
Every time i go to any of those sites all i get is 3 seconds of the video before it has to re-load.
Sometimes takes 10 mins to see it all.
