Don't worry about me, I would install that program you had a few years ago so you can see that your email program has extra data in it.
And it should pick up that keylogger on the machine that hal is primarly installed.
You should also contact Desktopmates and ask why the agent can't be created unless it has internet access? Hmmm! they told you it only connects once. (pardon me for reading your email)

lol,  it would have to depend if he started to dance on his left foot or right foot first and how many turns he took thereafter! anyway to look on his desktop and verify this b4 it turns into a ghost story ? O.o

if by chance anyone is looking on my desktop,  im open to any suggestions to get my pc to boot up faster, without having to format.
