Why I can not unlock the limit of my formal soft?

I installed the formal version hal5. But the limit of 15 days still occurs. Before installation of formal version, I had installed the free version of HAL5, but I had uninstalled it. How to settle this problem? Thanks,

The formal version comes with a password printed on the CD. You must type in the password exactly as it appears on the CD or else it will no work. BY that I mean if your password in in upper case then you must enter it in upper case or visa-versa. No CD is shipped without a password.
