expansion pak activation problem

i recently purchased the ultra hal cd-rom by mail a month ago, this month i sent a money drder for $20.00.
i have been expecting a serial number by mail to activate the expansion pak.
i am disapleased that i have not recieved a serial number or a reply.
i like your product but, i do not desire to have to contact the state attorney generals office concerning this matter.
please, respond

i think that has to do with the snail mail system,  I literally just received an upgrade card yesterday in my mailbox,  and I upgraded the day the new version was released.  Robert has been very good and honest with all of us, so I am very sure there is no foul play on the part of zabaware.

I trust robert and everyone here enough to say Im quite sure the postal service is at fault somewhere in the mix.
