expansion pak activation problem

i recently purchased the ultra hal cd-rom by mail a month ago, this month i sent a money drder for $20.00.
i have been expecting a serial number by mail to activate the expansion pak.
i am disapleased that i have not recieved a serial number or a reply.
i like your product but, i do not desire to have to contact the state attorney generals office concerning this matter.
please, respond

I think your problem is that you have to register on line, not through the mail as the registration process depends on the software sending some hidden information to Zabaware. Making idle threats here won't get you anywhere as the normal proceedures are listed for all to follow.
Now be a good boy and log onto Zabaware and I am sure that all will go well.

Your order was received on Friday, April 10th, after I sent out orders for the day. Your order will be mailed out Monday April 13th. I sent you a private email using this forum with your serial number which you can use right away if you don't wish to wait for the package to arrive. The download link for the expansion pack is www.zabaware.com/downcep.asp   Your order did not include an email, otherwise a confirmation would have already been sent out. Let me know if I can be of any more help.

My private email to you with the serial number just bounced with the error "550 #5.1.0 Address rejected", maybe the email you used in the forum was incorrect?

My experience from dealing with Mr. Robert is; He delivers.
It is a little different from Mr. Robert 'walking around his neighborhood' and I am Jealous ( kind of ) That you got a response in a timely manner from the MB.
