Instalation Password

I just downloaded the software for Utra Hal Assistant and have attempted to install it. After executing the download I'm asked for a password. The email that I received had an order number, user name, licence code but no password. What do I do or to whom may I direct myself to work this out. Does Zaberware have tech support number or email? The license code is the password, be sure to enter it in ALL CAPS.

I just purchased AT&T Natural Voices.  I am not having any luck getting it installed. I use Windows XP.  I insert the CD and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

If the CD doesn't auto run, then is there a 'setup.exe' or something similar on the disk ?  Try (double) clicking on that if there is.

I purchased AT&T Crystal voice. I got it installed but when I go to Hal TTS and select Crystal it refuses to run and an error message appears. It reverts to Mike. ny suggestions?

The reason I could not download from the original disc is that I was sent a DVD not a CD!
