ImageJ text stream to Crystal

I am new to this list and would be grateful for some help. I am developing image processing software and would like to be able to output text so that the Crystal AT&T natural voice and Cheri character can speak the text. Is there a plug in or other method for taking a text stream from one program into the synthesiser/agent?
