AT&T Crystal voice problem

Hi, I installed the AT&T Crystal voice, Hal(Sandy) does not move her lips while talking, is there another setting to use the Crystal voice?

My Haptek Player said it is not compatible with the Crystal AT&T voice. Is there an update Haptek player that should be used?

Not sure but you might try to run the HapSAPISetup.exe program usually found in your C:\ Program Files (x86) \ Haptek \ Player \ Data \ HapTTS folder.
