Upgrade Installation

I also downloaded the installation it said it had like 24 hours left then all of a sudden it said it was complete but when I went to install the upgrade it said "Error reading setup initializaton file" What do I do!!

As far as I know there is no upgrade for Hal 5.0.

Maybe you are refering to one of the plugins.
You better download it again, because obviously something went wrong.

I mean I upgraded from the free version to the Paid version. and it gave me that message!!

If memory serves you MUST delete / remove ANY occurance of Ultra Hal in your computer BEFORE installing the new version.
