Appointments

I asked Hal to show October appointments. He replies that he is showing October but he is showing thr current month(April).
How can I get him to show the month that I asked for?

Good question. I noticed this as well a while back, I just never thought to ask about it for I just clicked the next month button till I got to the month I need.
