it's the frame/Shell/input box the head goes in when you are talking to ultra Hal. Commonly known as skin.

Under ultra Hal option/skins, and there they are, all the ouey guis and sticky stuff, LOL.

Thanks for the clarification but I was having a poke of fun at the mixed letters. I knew it was GUI as I've made several over the past many years.

Somehow the word "Skins" came to be this User Interface when early on it was actually the SKIN of the Hal Character that people made for their Haptek creations!
There were (and are) LOTS of skins of these types. There are also quite a lot of the other skins, formerly known as GUI's or User Interfaces or Hal Skins.
