Oh , and also , What ever happened to he special trouble shooting bot that used to be on this page? You know , If you had any problems with hal you would open trouble shooting and a little hal bot would appear answering your questions and if he didnt understand it you could email zabaware? That could be quite usefull for you in the future...put the little bot back on the page!

I agre, this would not only be an excellant service for users of UltraHal but it would also be a very good demonstration of the technology.  I am a consulting nuclear engineer and my company has recently developed a new web based advanced core monitor.  This is a software program that monitors a nuclear reactor core and allows engineers to perform calculations.  An intelligent bot could be programmed with simple troubleshooting instructions so that the user could solve some of his/her own problems.  I am experimenting with the web based Hal representitive for this very purpose.
