I think the entire Zabaware company is composed of Ultra HAL's; aparently no one responds to customer concerns.

Zabaware is not a large company.  They do respond, but sometimes it takes a little bit longer than what we would like.  Please be patient with them, as they will repsond.

I have had several problems with them, however they have always responded and it has always helped.
