It was brought to my attention by an anonymous tipster that these forums are overcrowded. I started up a forum just for chatbots a week or so back that is fairly unused :P It was said to me that some of you

an anonymous tipster"?   I have learned from our government there's no such animal. He either got a name or he don't exist.

"might like some quiet place"?   Being new, you maybe haven't noticed, this forum has no noise of any type.  

And I, like most others here has sunk my roots into rich soil and would find it hard to leave my friends, (and my teachers)

However it is kind of you to invite us,
and I'm sure some will visit from time to time.

Overcrowded? Too many people?
I thought that was the intent of a public forum in the first place.

While there are numerous forums for a variety of chatbots on the net, this is the original one for Hal and like Dusky said, It's where our roots of commonality exist.

As far as I know voice recognition for Hal only works on one's local machine...not on the forum. <G> Turn down your speakers....[:p]

Zabaware fans,
 While looking for information for Hal I thought it was pretty large, six pages of posts in one catagory. Just signed into the Haptek forum and it is a ghost town unfortunatly, I saw Freddy888 there but did not see drbenway there unfortunatly.
 Large forum but a lot of nice work going on.
