How to find my purchase history

I bought ultra hal 5 about 2 years ago.  I cannot seem to retrieve my information any longer.  Has anyone else had this happen?  I have moved and perhaps my email address has changed since then, but I am still receiving correspondence from "Hal" at the email address I registered with.  I'm baffled.  Of course, over the span of two years I have reformatted my hard drive, and Hal went adios.  When I got the email about Ultra Hal 6, I was reminded of "him" and have been trying to get Hal back.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
