Lip Sync problem on newer version of Hal 6.0

I purchased another version of the Hal 6.0 the newer version for another computer using the flash drive on a lap top. I am having trouble with the lip sync with the additional characters. It only works with the pre loaded voices. When I tried to use the other vooices like the real sounding mary, there is no lip sync.
   Something on the screen says put lip sync on. How do I put the lip sync on, on this newer version? On the older version of Hal 6.0 the lip sync worked for the Hal 6.0.

Well it looks like I solved the problem myself by configuring the Haptek Player to a default setting to Microsoft Mary, then the lip sync started working.
