serial number

I have purchased the program but failed to get all the details as well as the serial number. My computer froze before I had a chance to get any information regarding the program, serial number etc. Only record I have is the paypal receipt. I did not register so I was unable to go to that site and get the details. Help me.

Use the sales page to contact Zabaware and if they recieved your payment, they will help you. It sometimes takes a short while for Robert to respond, but he usually does.

1.login with the email address and password you where given.
2.go to: - View Orders / Get Serial Numbers
3.find your product I.D number, click it
4.retreive your serial number
5.register HAL with new serial number
6.restart HAL

done.
