Problem downloading Ultra Hal Assistant

On December 23rd, 2002, I purchased the Ultra Hal Assistant. About 85% complete I lost the connection and was forced to stop the download. I requested a redownload link and did receive one. Trying the link I found out that my email was not in their database. I have sent numerous emails and even called their office, the number of which appeared on my credit card bill. I have not heard from Zabaware via voice or email. I would sure like to get what I paid for.

If any of you would be kind enough to help me out please drop me a line to the address below, I would be greatly appreciative.

PS: Please put Zabaware or Ultra Hal Assistant in the subject as I have a habit of deleting emails from people I don't recognize.

dont count on them answering i have never seen a customer service or support team that was only interested in getting the cash and telling the consumer to piss of in soo little words
