New Hap Skin for Hal

Hi freddy888 and lightspeed. [:D] [:D]

If anyone else has the problem of the skin going off screen try this to get it back:

In the general options of Hal change the shin back to the default and drag it to the centre of your screen, then put the clear skin back on and it should be in the centre now.

You should be able to move the skin around your desktop from the black bar along the top of the skin.

Hi Datahopa, I just installed your clear skin
and it works great. I am enjoying using it.
I am also wondering if anyone is working on
a translucent frosted glass (vista style) one
or if it is even possible?

Hi Ted,
I’m glad you are enjoying the skin.
I have seen a post on this forum, can’t remember who it was but they had a translucent skin working in Vista, so yes it can be done but I don’t know how, as far as I can tell the Haptek player can only do solid or 100% clear textures.

Maybe there is another player or 3D engine we can use with Hal that does let us use translucent textures.

If anyone else has any clues as to how a translucent skin could be made I would like to know too so I could have a go at making one [8D].
