AIM Bot Connection Error

After upgraing to the full version of Ultra Hal Assistant, I've discovered that my AIM Bot doesn't work any more.  When I sign on, I get ERROR: 10061 Connection forcefully rejected.  Is this a problem with my AIM Bot installation or with AIM?  I've tried AIM Bot with three different screen names with the same result.  Any suggestions?
