Installation Password And Upgrade From 4.0

hello, i bought ultrahal 4.0 about a year ago. and since then have lost my install password. I had once been offered a chance to download the upgrade from 4.0 but also have lost the link to that page. I registered with the email Cannon0117@aol.com. i would greatly appreciate having the install password and a link to the 4.5 upgrade sent to me.

actually, it told me it sent the link, but it did not.

ok, it sent me a link, but its only to 3.0. can someone please give me a link to 4.5? I bought 4.0 and can prove it.
