AIM Hal won't connect

I have and use aol. My Ultra Hal AIM bot will not connect to AIM. Is there any help for this? the message is: ERROR Cannot login to the AIM server. Please check your internet connection, screename and password.        Everything seems to be in order, it just won't connect. Thanks.
