Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can some one tell me what I am doing wrong? I have recently tried to download one of the character plug ins for my Hal 6.2. But when I download it to the program I cannot find it in the characters tab. It shows that it has been downloaded after when I originally did so. Yet it does not show up in the character file. what am I doing wrong?

Make sure you have installed latest character expansion package.
