What program can a person who can not talk into a phone use on a voip+ is this possible for the laptop to read into the program? It would be a much help as I can not vocalize but I can see and hear

TTS reader might work,,, Split the signal in 2 and pipe it into a speaker and the other line into the microphone jack (from the headphone jack)
