need help hap Characters wont work in 6.2

I dont know why hap Characters wont work in hal 6.2 I dont know what am doing wrong please any help would be great the hap Characters that came with hal 6.2 will work just not the ones I put in thanks for any help

did you make sure the character files have.htr behind them ??maybe some others may know what the problem is , i am glad that you are getting back on the forum and into hal !![:)]

i tryed hap files and htr file both dont work I did see that msagents work

caangel43 have you got the "Ultra Hal Character Expansion Pack" in? don't you need that so you can use other characters.
