hal doesn't comprihend your question

i have a question i am wondering about every so often hal says"i do not comrihend your question can you rephrase it.

my question is "does hal actually not comprihend it or is this a way to also get more then one question for the learning table "  the latter or both ??
does anyone know for sure ???
