Not sure but I tried "Hello, this is Sandy"  the Sandy sounded not right, tried it a few times, I then tried several sandy's and it was okay. Unsure but ice voice and interesting.

More nostalgic problems. I just purchased a new Neo voice but after the install the voice still repeats that it is a trial or not a licensed version in Ultra Hal. I know this happened before maybe not with Neo but I do kind of remember. Just don't recall if it was a Ultra Hal problem or a Neo problem. It is a SAPI5 compatible voice.

Tried all the regular troubleshooting such as the Haptek sapi configure(defaulted), checked off in options, even defaulted for Ultra Hal TTS and checked that the verification.txt file that they issue for the licensing was correctly copied and pasted in. Several times so I locked myself out for any more downloads or copies of verification.txt file licensing but I made many original copies. Have a ticket in for support but was wondering if I missed something that I don't remember, again.

The voice does work and lip sync but not without letting me know that it isn't property registered.

Thanks as always,
raybe

Sorry for the extra post but since I put my problem in this thread I thought it was best that I Reply. The problem is resolved and for anyone curios I posted the actions taken to get the new NeoSpeech voice to work in my separate thread 'NeoSpeech' within this category. A bit confusing but that was the best explanation I can type.

Thanks,
