lost Anjali voice

what happened to my Anjali voice that I paid $29 for? was working fine until today, now I've got Anna's voice. Deletied the program entirely and reloaded all. still comes up with anna's voice.  >:(

Can you not locate the download and simply install it again? Have you contacted AT&T or Robert to see what he advises?
The voice is $24.95 from AT&T so see if someone has a record of the transaction and look for your confirmation email.
