Ultra Hal 7.0 / Ultra hal 5.0 upgrade question.

zabaware.com does not have a reverce dns entry
this says my e-mail provder after using the command
nslookup on zabaware.com
and then using nslookup on the IP number connected to the address zabaware.com

There for have there spam filter rejected the mail.

Can you please check this out.

Hello

The resion that I did not recive your e-mail was that your e-mail server does not have a correct reverce DNS lookup
Says my e-mail provider.

My e-mail providers server have there fore rejected the mails from you.

can you fix this?

I have seen that the version 5 of ultra hal av been released.
I have a question.

I have read in this forum that "Upgrades will be free for all people who purchase Ultra Hal Assistant 4.5 from 3/25/03 until the release day of Ultra Hal Assistant 5.0. All other registered users will be able to upgrade at half cost. "

I have purchased my ultra Hal 4.5 after that date.
how can I get a free update?

To get ultra hal to work correctly in windows xp
I have to use Compatibility Mode: Windows 2000

Is there someone here more than me that have this problem?
or someone that have a good idea how to fix this.

I have to use compability mode windows 2000 in windows xp
otherwise the ultra hal assistant 5 will not start correctly
I dont know if it has something to do with that I have a swedish verison of windows but it seems to be the only way getting it to work.

the program is not working correctly in compability mode windows 98
but if the compability mode windows 2000 is chosen I can talk to ultra hal and the program is not crashing like when i Used compability mode for windows 98

When right clicking the exe (HalAsst.exe) file in windows xp  and chosing propertys and then the compablility mode and that set it  so that it should be using windows 98 to run the program in compability mode then the ultrahal assistant starts like it should.

After doing the repare command it stops telling me that the computer is not restarted but it says that ultra hal is already runnig when trying to start the program but there is no hal icon down by the taskbar. And I have disabled hide taskbar icons in windows XP
and all other running programs like ICQ and my antvirus ect is showing them selfs down on the task bar.

When pressing CTRL-ALT-DELETE

I can see that Ultra Hal Assistant is not responding.
I kill the process and tryes to restart ultra hal.
then it tells me that my computer is not restart sence the installation of ultra hal again.

when pussing the NO button makes ultra hal to start
but not showing it self and then after a few seconds the program is not responding.

I have uninstalled and removed the ultra hal 5 to make a fresh and new
clean installation.
But hal says that I have not rebooted my computer,
but I have allready done so four times and Hal stills gives me a message box that I have nog rebooted my computer.

What should I do about that?
