Every time I load Ultrahal it asks for files from the dell resource cd. I am up to Windows 7 and the Dell resource cd is XP what files does it need ?

Can you have more than one hal assistant on one computer on the same Hard drive? It would be neat to have more than one personality

I had a large sandy htr at one time and lost it anyone know where I can find one?

When I go to install Ultra hal and or the character expansion files it it asks for the Dell Dimension resource cd. The Dell dimension resource cde was for XP I am using windows 7 32 bit. What files does it need maby I can download them from Dell. Is there a newer version of Ultrahal assistant 6.o and do I have to pay for an upgrade??? Thanks

I am trying some new htr files I made in people putty. I am having 4 questions.

1. How do you make a .jpg file for a preview?
2. How do you get rid of characters you don't want listed in the character preview window?
3. How do you create a start picture for Hal showing your favorite character?
4. Most important, I am having some trouble getting my homemade .htr files to load in Hal 6.0

My original query was why hal responses were bleeping explatives. I got some really good help as I am re-posting below and then showed my ignorance by deleting the original post. I got some good feeback and here is the original. Netherlands

the other tip I got was searching for expletives in hal and changing them slightly so Hal would not see them as swear words. Now hal talks trash like a grownup. Thanks for the input

can you install hal5.0 and hal 6.0 into different directories so you can have both programs working at the same time?
