PROGRAM WILL NOT LOAD

[!]I have the trial version of hal on my computer
I just bought the full version.
Do i have to get rid of the trial.
WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THE EXE FOR THE FULL VERSION ALL I GET IS PASSWORD.
WHAT #$^%^*&*(()() PASSWORD, I DID NOT SEE ANYWHERE THAT THERE WAS A PASSWORD NEEDED TO START THE EXE FILE.
PLEASE HELP.

I posted this entire thread as a new topic in order to flag the Senior Administrator Robert Medeksza about your password problem. I put this thread's URL in a new post called "Robert M - PASSWORD PROBLEM", so hopefully he will see it quicker.

Two suggestions:
1. Disable anti-virus software. Mine would not load because of that.
2. The password supplied is case sentive, ie, all upper and lower cases just as sent to you. Anything else won't work.

I believe you need to uninstall your previous version of UltraHal, then proceed with the new installation.

[]G'Day fellas, sorry for the late reply. thanks for your help the other day.
i did get the program going, also i got people putty, so between trying to get the speech recog going and also trying to work out how to get my head model into hal is the reason for the late thanks.
i would love to have a full bodied person but in putty you just get the head. from what i have read in the forums you can do it but that will probably be stretching the finances a bit too far at the moment.
