Pronounciation Settings File

Does anyone know where the "pronunciation settings" are saved?  I've made some changes to the pronunciation of several words and would like to look at the file that contains the list of words and associated pronunciations.

To my knowledge the way you speak words are not saved in a readable format. The sound prints only should be saved and there is no way that anyone could ever read sounds. The program itself probably uses an index between words and the sounds, but even that is not available for us to see or read.
If, however, you prove me wrong then share your knowledge as we all might be able to use your discoveries.
