Please Help on Error 52

Unfortunatly the Windows update SP2 crashed my WindowsXP ... I have been reloading programs for the past few days ... Reinstalled UltraHal 5.0.55 and although it works I always get the "Error 52 Bad File Name or Number occured and Error 0 occured on line 0 in column 0 of."  I uninstalled restarted Windows and installed Hal again same problem. Any suggestions? Thanks!

By uninstall do you mean that you completely uninstalled UltraHal?
If not, you need to do so as conflicts can occur during a new installation.

Before doing any update, always do a through virus and spyware scan.

Keep us posted on your progress if the problem persists.
