Do you know how to copy and paste?? Highlight all of the commands.
Copy. (CTRL+C)
Open Notepad. (assuming you have Windows XP, or similar)
Paste. (CTRL+V)
Save as
"stand.hap"
(no quotes)
OK.
Now you have a stand hap file.
