Can't open an Internet account

When I installed the free version I clicked on the button to create a new web account so Hal could use the net.  It would not open.   I looked on the Zabaware site for a link but no luck.  Any ideas out there?

Could be more specific? When you click on that link a browser window is supposed to launch and take you to http://www.zabaware.com/mywebhal/newaccount.html  Does it? If not, feel free to follow that link and create an account.
