the program can not read the text

I download the program text-to speach free by www.download.bg. However the program can not open doc. file and they apear in window encoding.Could you help mi how can I menage with this problem.

Sorry, I don't understand Russian text and I do not know what Text-to-Speech program you downloaded.

If you give more information maybe we can help you.
