Edit Question/Answer Brain option gone?

Were the "Edit Question/Answer Brain" or "Edit Keyword Brain" options removed in version 4.5? I don't see them under the Brain tab.

Is there another way to manually teach Hal?

All of this functionality has been moved to the Ultra Hal Brain Editor, which you can launch from Hal's menu or from your start menu. You can find both of these databases under the tools menu.
