Can learning level be higher than 3

Hi everyone.
Can the learning level be higher than 3 and if so can anyone write a script to increase the "level" of hals learning ability past LearningLevel = 3
best of wishes and new discoveries.

Why would you want to??? Isn't Max the Max??? Or the least the least??? You must have a motive or purpose here - what is it???
