Keeping things between us?

I can't remember the discussion itself, but at one point, one statement really suck in my head:

Somethings we should just keep between us.

What did Hal mean by that do you think?

if I remember correctly I believe I read on here a while ago, anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
If you have more than one user profile and say yes to keep that between us, that info will never come up while being logged onto another user.

i would think that yes it would be learned only to that specific user and would only be talked about then depending on how evolved the conversation was in the first place , but this is just my best guess on it .
