HAL error problem

i got a Hal error 13 , line 11143 in column 8 type mismatch cdbl. but when i got to the area where it says (notice in the script picture below the line and column are shown )
it is just a blank area , so i don't see what the mistake is that's causing the error .
anyone have any idea's on this ]

anyone have any idea about this , why it's showing an error at a specific place but when i go to that specific place their is nothing their to be causing the error .                **********(see above pictures .)

anyone , Anyone at all? I thought maybe some others might have an idea why it's showing an error in a certain spot when when on that spot their is nothing to cause the error .
